Buying Our Products
Orders for our products can be placed in several different ways - phone or online.
When ordering by fax:
You may fill out the information regarding what you are ordering by part number, where to ship, and method of payment. Please call 714-784-6840. We accept
to place an orders 24 hours a day.
Ordering by Phone:
Our customer service department is open from 9:00 am. to 5:00 pm. Monday through Friday - PST. Our staff will be happy to answer any questions you have.
Orders may be placed directly from this website. To find what you are looking for, click on the product category you are looking for and scroll to the
application you desire. Click the "Add to Cart" button at the bottom of the product description. You will then be directed to shipping and payment methods. A
confirmation page will appear for you to review your transaction for accuracy before you are charged for anything. An electronic confirmation will
automatically be sent to your email address.
Pay-Pal is accepted for online purchases and NOT for any others. Credit and debit cards are also accepted on line, or by phone. C.O.D. purchases are for
established business accounts only. Refused COD shipments will be subject to a 25% restocking fee along with the shipping costs. There is a $25.00 processing
fee attached to all returned checks.
New accounts may place COD orders providing money orders, or Cashier's Checks are cleared prior to shipment leaving our warehouse. Please anticipate a
delay of three business days after we receive this type of payment.
All the website prices include freight charge (if shipped within continental USA, except Alaska).
If orders made outside continental USA, including Alaska, please contact us directly through phone, e-mail or fax to arrange payments and shipping instructions,
since the website prices do not cover the duties, international shipping cost, and other fees applied to customs clearance in your place.
For California customers, there is an additional charge for 9% of sales amount as California sales tax imposed by California government.
Business Checks/Money Orders
All business checks must be preprinted with name and address of company on the check, and numbered.
